What: A Story-Driven 18-Hole Mini Golf Adventure

Join Role Player for a one-of-a-kind charity mini golf experience — where storytelling meets friendly competition!
Play through nine fantasy-themed holes, roll for your fate, and see if your team can conquer the course and claim victory in this interactive game-meets-golf event.
This event helps support Role Player, a nonprofit dedicated to using tabletop games to teach creativity, collaboration, and confidence to kids and teens. Every swing (and every nat 20) helps keep those programs alive!

Tickets
$5 per player (per round)
• Replay encouraged: play again to follow different story branches and unlock new endings.
• Costumes welcome (mystical, fantasy, or renaissance-inspired — optional).

Volunteers are the heart of this event; from setting up the course to handing out scorecards, cocoa, and smiles.
When We Need You
- Event Day: Wednesday, November 26th (Rain Date is December 3rd)
- Set Up Crew: 4:00pm to 5:30pm
- Event Support: 5:00pm to 9:00pm
- Cleanup Team: 8:30pm to 9:30pm
Even an hour of help makes a huge difference!
Volunteer Roles
- Auction and Cocoa Crew: 4:00pm to 5:30pm Keep the drinks hot and the smiles warm. Keep an eye on Silent Auction items.
- Setup: Help organize and set up special features at holes.
- Cleanup: Help get everything packed and back into cars at the end of the event.
- Free hot cocoa (and maybe a few marshmallows).
- A round of golf on us!
